Paysites
- Added paysite banner width, height and size to mass edit
- Added a feature to import banners from our database
- Fixed select all (checkbox) to Rec in paysites (mass edit option)
- Fixed letter and page code error in /admin/paysite.php
- Fixed bug in Import Mass Adverts form. Now carries the paysite ID to the next page.

- Added function to mass change channels, tags under each video selected
